“ਸਭਨਾ ਮਧਿ ਸਦ ਭਏ ਤਾਂ ਭਏ ਕਾਮ ਸਕਲ ॥”
“Among all, if one remains truly in the Lord’s communion, then all desires are fulfilled.”
Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji – Ang 291
Bhaat Keerat Kee Darbar is a charitable initiative based in East London, established to serve the Sikh community and wider society through Seva, Sangat and education. The charity draws inspiration from the heritage of the Bhaat Sikh Sangat — whose families were among the earliest Sikh settlers in the UK during the 1920s and 1930s. Their commitment to Sikhi and community service laid the foundation for the thriving Sikh presence seen across the UK today. While the initiative may one day evolve into a full Gurudwara, its current focus is on creating a space of unity, learning and service open to all.
Sikhi rejects all forms of caste and division. Guru Nanak Dev Ji taught the equality of all beings and the oneness of humanity. The term “Bhaat Sikh Sangat” reflects a shared community and spiritual history — not a caste or social hierarchy. At Bhaat Keerat Kee Darbar, everyone is welcomed equally — regardless of background, origin, or status. We stand by the belief that the Khalsa is one, and our strength lies in unity, humility, and love for all.
We aim to nurture a space where the teachings of the Gurus are lived, shared, and celebrated — a place where all feel welcome in Seva and Sangat. A key part of our mission is to inspire the next generation: helping young Sikhs connect deeply with their heritage, understand their roots, and carry the Panth forward with pride, unity, and compassion. Through knowledge, reflection, and service, we hope to shape future leaders grounded in humility, courage, and truth.
Guided by the principles of Naam (Divine Remembrance), Sangat (Holy Company) and Seva (Selfless Service), we strive to foster unity, compassion, and joy within our community. Through Gurbani and the examples of our Gurus, we aim to serve humanity with humility and love — bringing light to all who connect with this Darbar.
